PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a tubular body from being separated from a closing member, avoid the smoothness of the film from being lowered and prevent a cooling medium from leaking from a cooling medium storage chamber. SOLUTION: A film manufacturing apparatus includes a first roll 14 to be rotatably disposed, and a second roll 15 rotatably disposed opposite to the first roll 14 for nipping and pressing an extruded resin 12 along with the first roll 14. The second roll 15 is equipped with the cylindrical body which has an elastically deformable thickness, is made of material having high thermal conductivity, and the closing member 22 for closing both ends of the cylindrical body. The effective length of the cylindrical body in the axial direction is made to be larger than the length of the maximum outside diameter part of the first roll 14. Since the effective length of the cylindrical body in the axial direction is made to be larger than the length of the maximum outside diameter part of the first roll 14, the cylindrical body is not restricted to deform at the outside in the axial direction than the first roll 14.
