A lace fabric and a method for manufacturing the lace fabric are provided to manufacture the lace fabric at a low cost and improve a beautiful appearance of the lace fabric. A sheet-depositing process is performed by forming an adhesive layer on a nonwoven fabric and laminating a synthetic resin sheet on the adhesive layer(S100). A fabric-forming process is performed by passing the lamination matter of the nonwoven fabric and the synthetic resin sheet through a compressing unit(S200). A pattern-forming process is performed by forming a pattern on a synthetic resin sheet surface of the compressed matter(S300). |
