<p>A waste receptacle, having a body with a hollow interior, and a removable lid configured to fit on the body with the hollow interior to define an interior volume, wherein at least one of the removable lid and the body has at a multi- mode human body induction sensor that automatically controls the open and close of the waste receptacle and wherein the removable lid has an automatic lock device configured to automatically actuate during an upset condition, an arrangement configured to sterilize, disinfect and deodorize contents of the waste receptacle, a phonetic reporting device, a smoke sensor coupled to the phonetic reporting device, wherein upon sensing smoke, the sensor actuates the phonetic reporting device, a timing system coupled to the phonetic reporting system, and a power source connected to the multi-mode human body induction sensor, the arrangement configured to sterilize, disinfect and deodorize the contents of the waste receptacle, the phonetic reporting device, the smoke sensor and the timing system.</p> |
