The device has a sheet guiding cylinder (3), on which a punching line (10) is arranged as a tool, where the punching line works together with a counter tool in a circumferential direction. A lacquer form cylinder and a blanket cylinder (2) are attached to the guiding cylinder. An additional cylinder (6) in the form of a cylinder disk is attached to the guiding cylinder, and a surface of the cylinder (6) is designed as a counter tool. An axial mantel surface of the cylinder (6) is provided with a replaceable, flexible protective layer (7).
