PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device which allows focus adjustment to be easily performed by adjusting a position of a lens group and is small-sized and has a small number of components. SOLUTION: A front lend group 10 is held by an outer lens barrel 1, and a rear lens group 15 is held by an inner lens barrel 20, and the inner lens barrel 20 is stored in the outer lens barrel 1 so as to be able to slide in an axial direction. The inner lens barrel 20 includes a plurality of operation parts 23, and the outer lens barrel 1 includes a square supporting part 5 and a triangular supporting part 6 which support a substrate 32 having an imaging device 31 disposed thereon. The operation parts 23 are extended to the rear side of the substrate 32 while the substrate 32 is supported. The operation parts 23 are operated to perform the focus adjustment, and then the operation parts 23 are welded to the triangular supporting part 6 to fix the outer lens barrel 1 and the inner lens barrel 20.
