PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation digital image processing system capable of automatically applying optimal image processing to a radiation digital image without troubling an operator. SOLUTION: Radiation digital image data resulting from digitizing an image obtained by radiography are inputted and an image region corresponding to a position where a photo-sensor is disposed for detecting an intensity of radiation during radiography, is designated on a radiation digital image indicated by the inputted radiation digital image data. In accordance with a feature amount of the designated image region corresponding to the position where the photo-sensor is disposed, on the designated radiation digital image, density and/or gradation conversion processing is automatically applied to the inputted radiation digital image data so as to visibly output the data.
