PREPARATION METHOD FOR 1-(3-METHYLOXYBENZENE)ETHYLAMINE WITH OPTICAL ACTIVITY

A new method for preparation of intermediate compound 1-(3-methyloxybenzene)ethylamine with optical activity, which comprises the following steps: asymmetric reductively aminating meta-methyloxy acetophenone and phenylethylamine with optical activity in the presence of combination reductive system and organic solvent, then debenzylating the obtained product from asymmetric reductively amination in the presence of catalyst. The total yield of the present process is up to above 75% and the optical purity is higher than 99%. The preparation method is suitable for large scale production.
