PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the number of the attached Langevin-type transducers is small with the power of the ultrasonic waves emitted from the Langevin-type transducers resticted not to be concentrated to the cleaning vessel since Langevin-type transducers are only adhered to the vibrating plate of the lower surface of a cleaning vessel. SOLUTION: The cleaning vessel 1 is constituted of a part of a spherical body and a flange 2 is formed at the end part of the cleaning vessel 1 and bolt-holes 3 are formed to be fixed to the flange 2. A large number of the Langevin-type transducers 4 are fixed to the side surface and the lower surface of the cleaning vessel 2, and are constituted so that the contact surface of the Langevin-type transducers 4 with the spherical cleaning vessel 1 becomes a part of a spherical body.
