An organic light emitting diode display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent moisture and gas from permeating inside an organic light emitting element by coupling first and second barriers, thereby improving a lifetime of the organic light emitting element. An organic light emitting diode display includes a first substrate(10), a second substrate(50), a bonding agent(70), a first barrier(30), and a second barrier(40). An organic light emitting element is formed on the first substrate. The second substrate faces the first substrate and protects the organic light emitting element. The bonding agent bonds the first and second substrates. The first barrier is formed on the first substrate to be adjacent to the bonding agent. The second barrier is formed on the second substrate to be coupled with the first barrier by a magnetic field.
