A motor fixing device for a vehicle air conditioner is provided to mount a driving motor of a blower fan in a low scroll and a control box instead of fixing the same to a base pan, thereby removing any additional brackets or fixing bolts. A motor fixing device for a vehicle air conditioner includes a low scroll(10) having an air inlet, an opening for mounting a blower in the proximity of the air inlet, a motor base(16) formed at a side of the opening and having arc-shaped lower supporting protrusions(16a) for supporting both ends of a body part of a driving motor(20). A control box(30) is positioned at an upper part of the motor base and has arc-shaped upper supporting protrusions(32) for supporting the both ends of the driving motor correspondingly to the lower supporting protrusions. The control box is formed with one or more heat emission holes for discharging heat generated from the driving motor.
