HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE LAMP

摘要

A high intensity discharge lamp is provided to lengthen a lifetime thereof by preventing an arc bending effect due to convection current. A high intensity discharge lamp is operated by using an arc effect of a discharge tube(110) connected to a lead wire(140). The lead wire is inserted into an external glass(100) of the high intensity discharge lamp. The high intensity discharge lamp is connected through the lead wire to a power source. The high intensity discharge lamp includes at least one or more frame wires(120A,120B). The frame wire is formed to connect the lead wire and the discharge tube to each other. The frame wire is installed in a horizontal direction around a central axis of the high intensity discharge lamp in order to be positioned under the discharge tube.
