<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of specifying operation information as a clue to a solution of abnormality and easily analyzing the abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor comprises a control unit 10 which generates operation information on a job related to image processing, a log information storage unit 25 which stores the operation information on the job, abnormality detecting sensor units 20 and 21 which detect abnormality occurring during the execution of the job and generate an abnormality detection signal representing the contents of the abnormality. The control unit 10 judges whether a service call is made based upon the abnormality detection signal, and generates difference information between pieces of operation information of the job before and after the service call is made when the service call is made to acquire the difference information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
