PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive solid matter dissolvable in an organic solvent in high concentration; to provide a method for producing the solid matter; and to provide an electroconductive polymer solution enabling a drying time for forming a coated film to be shorten, obtained by using aπ-conjugated electroconductive polymer compatible with a hydrophobic resin, and capable of providing an electroconductive coated film having high electroconductivity. SOLUTION: The electroconductive solid matter contains theπ-conjugated electroconductive polymer and a soluble polymer having an anion group or an electron-withdrawing group, and an amine compound is coordinated to or bonded to the anionic group or the electron-withdrawing group. The method for producing the electroconductive solid matter includes preparing an electroconductive aqueous solution by polymerizing a precursor monomer of theπ-conjugated electroconductive polymer in water in the presence of a soluble polymer, and adding the amine compound to the electroconductive aqueous polymer solution.
