PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of polymer pellets capable of efficiently producing pellets stable with respect to the pick-up amount of powder and a manufacturing method of a package of the polymer pellets. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the polymer pellets comprises the process (I) of bringing polymer pellets (A1) comprising a polymer (a) having a tensile elastic modulus of≤100 MPa into contact with powders (B) to obtain polymer pellets (A2) having the powders (B) attached on the surface of the polymer pellets (A1) and the process (II) of transporting the polymer pellets (A2) having the powders (B) attached thereon through a pipe whose inner surface is polished.
