PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a structure of a bell-mouse for securing safety and an air volume with the simple structure is required because there are good and bad points for the structures currently employed such as the structure with an outer peripheral face being folded by winding and wringing to hide a sharp portion of the outer peripheral face and the structure with the outer peripheral face being folded to an inside of a casing to cover up the sharp portion of the outer peripheral face as measures for avoiding the problem that the sharp portion of the bell-mouse of a blower positioned outside of the casing is very dangerous as it is. SOLUTION: The blower is composed of a fan and a motor provided to the casing with the bell-mouse, and a guard for the bell-mouse of the blower is composed by providing a protective annular body on the outer peripheral face of the casing through a slight interval. The sharp portion is surely protected by the outer peripheral face of the bell-mouse, and the safety can be secured even when it is installed in the place where people may contact.
