PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and certainly perform the preparation work of a pattern transfer mold by dispensing with complicated work such as the attachment and detachment work or the like of a stamper. SOLUTION: A second mold core 130 and a first mold core 140 are fixed to the respective opposed surfaces of a lower mold body 110 and in upper mold body 120 using a fixed frames 111 and 121, and constituted by laminating a second member 131 and a first member 132, and a second member 141 and a first member 142, respectively. A heating medium passage 133 and a heating medium passage 143 are constituted by the grooves formed to the mated surfaces of the second and first mold cores 130 and 140 to rapidly and uniformly heat/cool a resin plate 300 being a processing target. A plating layer 135, in which a transfer pattern 135a is carved, and a plating layer 145, in which a transfer pattern 145a is carved, are provided to the surfaces of the second and first mold cores 130 and 140.
