PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid squeeze-out device where, even in the case the kinds and states of frying residue are changed particularly during an operation, clogging of frying residue in a case part can be prevented, further, oil can be sufficiently squeezed, and also, frying residue can be squeezed in such a manner that the content of oil can be controlled to the desired one. SOLUTION: When a male screw member 63 is turned and retreated, energizing force of a coil spring 67 to a receiving member 43 is reduced, the receiving member 43 in the case pressure is applied to the receiving member 43 is retreated, and the area of a gap between the tip part 47 and the circumferential face of the opening 59 of the other edge part is made large.
