<p>A fluid control valve having a valve body, a spool, a lift lock poppet, and cushioning means. The valve body has a sleeve to which a suction port for sucking operation liquid, a discharge port for discharging the operation liquid, and a cylinder port for sending out the operation liquid to a cylinder are connected, and the valve body also has a solenoid valve for opening and closing the flow path between the cylinder port and the discharge port. The spool is assembled in the sleeve in an advanceable and recedable manner and capable of selectively having a lifted position at which the cylinder port and the suction port are interconnected to form a flow path for the operation liquid, a lowered position at which the cylinder port and the discharge port are interconnected to form a flow path for the operation liquid, and a neutral position at which the flow paths between the ports are shut off. The lift lock poppet is provided between the sleeve and the cylinder port and opens and closes the flow path between them. The lift lock poppet has a back pressure chamber provided inside it and an orifice for interconnecting the inside and outside of the back pressure chamber. The cushioning means urges the lift lock poppet to the shut off position side. The diameter of the orifice is set greater to enable quick shut off operation of the lift lock poppet. In opening operation of the lift lock poppet, the cushioning means is activated to prevent large impact noise.</p> |
