<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of apparatuses installed on a base isolation floor by wiring cables with sufficient loosening regardless of recognition or not recognition of base isolation floor. SOLUTION: A base isolation floor 16 is provided in a room 14 of a building 12. The base isolation floor 16 is provided with a steel frame base 22 base isolation-supported on a building frame (building floor) 18 by a base isolation device 20, and a floor member 24. A large computer 30 is installed on the floor member 24, its cable 32 is extended under the floor member 24, it is temporarily fixed by a fixing device 34 of the steel frame base 22, and it is set to bypass an obstacle member 36 to pass through a hole 2602 in a wall 26 to get out of the room 14. The obstacle member 36 is composed of a flexible member 3602, and a support means 3604 of the flexible member 3602. A free end of the flexible member 3602 is capable of oscillating about a base end supported by a support means.</p> |
