<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator hall guiding device capable of reducing possibility that a user is puzzled when a plurality of halls are provided for respective destination floors of cars. <P>SOLUTION: A reader 5 provided on a security gate reads destination story information from a portable terminal 4 of the user. Further, the reader 5 inputs the destination story information to a guide control device 7. The guide control device 7 selects the desired halls 1, 2 according to the destination story of the user based on the input destination story information.
