PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching material creating device enabling an instructor to easily extract an instruction point so that the burden on the instructor is reduced. SOLUTION: The teaching material creating device 100 includes: an instruction point indicating section 13 indicating the instruction point in content details data containing image data and audio data of the material for instruction; an instruction point information storage section 14 storing instruction point information concerning the instruction point indicated by the instruction point indicating section 13; and an instruction point reproducing section 15 reproducing the instruction point on the basis of the instruction point information.
