<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a terminal section of an antenna capable of facilitating joining between two antenna patterns and joining between the antenna patterns and an IC chip in an antenna of a non-contact communication medium having the IC chip formed using a metallized layer transfer sheet, and the metallized layer transfer sheet used in this forming method. <P>SOLUTION: In the forming method of the terminal section of the antenna, the antenna is formed by thermally transferring the antenna patterns for the non-contact communication medium on a support body using the metallized layer transfer sheet where at least a protective layer, the metallized layer, and an adhesion layer are stacked on a substrate. Then, an adhesive material is butted on the protective layer on the uppermost layer of the antenna surface in order to form the joint surface with the other conductive body, the protective layer is peeled, and the metallized layer is exposed. The joining between the exposed metallized layer and the other conductive body is performed by an existing method, thereby completing the non-contact communication medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
