<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for regulating an opening motion of a door for an automobile, which can prevent, for example, contact between the door and an obstacle by regulating the opening motion of the door with proper responsiveness through the use of a simpler constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises: the door 2 for the automobile, which is openably/closably mounted in the door opening of an automobile body 1; a wire 4 which is interposed between a portion on the side of the automobile body 1 and a portion on the side of the door 2, having a relative distance changed depending on the opening motion of the door 2, the base end of which is supported on either of both the portions in such a manner as to be capable of being paid out depending on the opening motion of the door 2, and the leading end of which is locked to the other portion; and a wire stopper 6 for regulating the pay-out of the wire 4 at a base end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
