PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a next player to immediately start a game in a game machine. SOLUTION: When a player reserves the game machine in a hall computer, the player inserts a registration card into a card reader. When the registration card is inserted (S5: Yes), the player information is read from the registration card (S6). Then, the player inputs the serial number of the game machine (S7). The hall computer stores the player information read from the registration card as correlated with the input serial number of the game machine. When the hall computer receives the signal indicating that the new player can start a game (S1 or S10: Yes), the hall computer sends an E-mail indicating that the new player can start the game in the game machine to the mail address included in the stored player information of the reserver (S3 or S17).
