POWER CONTROL DEVICE FOR HIGH-FREQUENCY DIELECTRIC HEATING, AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device for high-frequency dielectric heating without being influenced by the type of a magnetron, dispersion of characteristics or power voltage fluctuation. SOLUTION: An input current and an input voltage of an inverter circuit converting a voltage of an A.C. power to high-frequency power by rectifying and switching it at a high frequency are detected; input current waveform information 90 and input voltage waveform information 94 are obtained by rectifying the detected current and the detected voltage; and a switching frequency control signal 92 obtained by combining the input current waveform information 90 and power control information 91 by further adding the input voltage waveform information 94 in non-oscillation of the magnetron is converted to drive signals of semiconductor switching elements 3 and 4 of the inverter circuit.
