A fuel cell including a heat exchanger embedded in a stack is provided to prevent a heat loss caused by an increase in flow path through which cooling water flows, and to realize power generation and cooling by a more compact structure. A fuel cell comprises a stack(100) in which a reaction for converting the chemical energy of fuel into electric energy, and a heat exchanger(200) for cooling the heat generated during the energy conversion in the stack, wherein the heat exchanger is installed inside at least one plate(110) of the plates installed in the stack. The plate having the heat exchanger embedded therein is at least one end plate of a pair of end plates disposed at both side edges of the stack. |
