<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated thermoplastic resin film which shows excellent adhesive properties, anti-blocking properties and antistatic properties, and stability in optical characteristics, especially when using this resin film as a base film for a near infrared light absorbing film. <P>SOLUTION: This laminated thermoplastic resin film has modified adhesive layer made up of a resin composition composed of a copolymer polyester-based resin and a polyurethane-based resin as main constituent components, formed on one side or both sides of a thermoplastic resin film. The adhesive modified layer is of such a structure so that the polyester phase 1 and the polyurethane phase 2 are subjected to micro phase separation or nano phase separation. In addition, when the adhesive modified layer is observed in a phase measurement mode using a scan-type probe microscope, the area ratio of the polyester phase in the surface of the adhesive modified layer as defined by the following formula (1), is 35% or higher to less than 90% in terms of 5 μm×5 μm measurement area. Further, the adhesive modified layer has an antistatic layer containing a π electron conjugated conductive polymer, laminated on one surface of the former layer.
