PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent easily the generation of over pack upon start-up. SOLUTION: The device comprises a cylinder material, an injection material set forth in the cylinder material freely rotatably and freely movably, initial fallback means for moving back an injection material from the position of starting measurement to a predetermined position upon the initial measurement so as to form a space for the initial measurement on the more forwarded position than the injection material, and initial rotating treatment means for rotating the injection material without moving in a direction of axis at a predetermined position. The injection material is gone back to the predetermined position from the position of starting measurement without rotating at the initial measurement and further rotated at a predetermined position in a direction of axis without moving at the initial measurement, and thus density of a stored molding material in a forwarded place than the injection material can be lowered.
