PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press die which can simply adjust the height of a punch. SOLUTION: In the press die having a punch head 3 to be struck by a striker S, a punch body 2 screwed into a female screw 6 formed in the punch head 3, a punch guide 5 for guiding the punch body 2 in the vertical directions, and a stripper spring 4 for energizing the punch head 3 upward, a lock ring 12 detented to the punch body 2 is provided, and a first cam surface 10 is formed on the lower surface of the punch head 3 at a constant pitch so as to continue in the peripheral direction, and a second cam surface 11 is formed on the lock ring 12 so as to engage with the first cam surface 10, and a spring 15 is provided so as to energize the lock ring 12 upward, and the rotational resistance of the punch head 3 to the lock ring 12 is changed at an interval of a specified rotational angle.
