A method of manufacturing a grain powder composition by grinding whole grain and rice bran is provided to retain beneficial components as it were without removing a hull and produce grain powder capable of being used for making food such as bread, rice cake, noodles and confectionery and as raw material for cleansing or cosmetics. A grain powder composition is prepared by pretreating grain and rice bran to remove impurities, mixing 10 to 90% by weight of grain and 10 to 90% by weight of rice bran and grinding it. The grain contains rice, barley, wheat, bean and the like. For an example, 300g rice and 700g rice bran are mixed, ground in a roll mill in the first step, heated, ground in the roll mill in the second step and sifted to obtain 500g fine powder with more than 100meshes. The remaining grain after shifting is then put into the roll mill, ground several times and sifted to obtain 400g fine powder with more than 100meshes.
