METHOD FOR PREPARING OF FLUORINATED ALKOXYSILANE DERIVATIVE

A method for efficiently preparing a fluorinated alkoxysilane derivative is provided to increase the yield of a reaction of a chlorosilane compound and a fluorinated alcohol using a tertiary amine compound as a media with little formation of side products and recover the products very simply. A method for preparing a fluorinated alkoxysilane derivative represented by the formula(1) comprises a step of reacting a fluorinated alcohol of RfOH with a chlorosilane compound of R1R2R3Si-Cl in the presence of a tertiary amine compound represented by the formula(4b) or (4c) at a temperature of -20 to 50 deg.C, wherein each R1, R2, R3 and R4 is C1-6 hydrocarbonyl or phenyl, Rf is C1-6 fluorinated hydrocarbonyl having 1-8 fluorine atom(s). The reaction is performed under a non-solvent or a non-polar solvent condition.
