The apparatus (1) has a peripheral sealing joint interposed between a frame shaped plate (20) and a parallelepiped shaped case (10), and the plate adjusted on a front face of the case. A cover (30) closes a central opening (21) delimited by the plate. The cover has tabs (31) inserted between a plate`s locking grip (24) and a small length (13B) of a case`s L-shaped wall for locking the grip on a complementary locking rib and for generating a pressure effort of the plate on the case compressing the joint. The cover and the pate are formed of a single part by molding of plastic material.
