A snow chains to be affixed to the wheels of a vehicle is provided to improve driving performance and braking force by increasing friction against a tire and by preventing a spike from being slipped. In snow chains to be affixed to the wheels of a vehicle including a plurality of spikes(10), which include an insertion end whose v-shape central portion be fitted into a space of a double wheel(16) and a contacted end(14) evenly formed on both sides of the insertion end to be closely contacted to respective tire surfaces of the double wheel, and a chain(30) connecting the insertion end of the spikes, the non-slip apparatus comprises: a pole(20) protruded on an outer surface of the insertion end of the last spike of the spikes; the first connection hole(32a) having a hook(38) to be fixed to the chain connected to the first spike at one end of a fastening hole(34); and the first combination hole including the first and second support plates, a hook hooked to the chain, a tightened end whose central portion is hinged to a hinge and a tension maintenance end provided with one end at an inner end of the tightened end is fastened by a hinge and a hook is bent at the other end.
