An electrochemical sensor strip (10) is provided. The electrochemical sensor strip (10) includes an insulation substrate (1), a conduction film (2), an insulation layer (3), wherein the conduction film (2) is mounted on the insulation substrate (1) and has a first and a second ends (11, 12), and the insulation layer (3) is mounted on the conduction film (2) to cover the first end (11). The second end (12) serves as a signal output terminal, the first end (11) has a first conduction section (13) exposed between the insulation layer (3) and the insulation substrate (1), and the conduction section (13) serves as a working surface of an electrode of the electrochemical sensor strip (10).
