FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned food based upon hydrobionts due to cutting and freezing fresh white head cabbage, cutting and roasting onions in melted butter, cutting squid fillet and whipping hen eggs. Then one should mix the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with milk, wheat flour, common salt and hot black pepper to form the mixture obtained and roast it in melted butter to obtain oladyas. It is necessary to pack oladyas and sour cream followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation provides new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
