<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system for a vehicle capable of improving the efficiency of power generation. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply system for the vehicle has a first generator 1 and a second generator 2 for supplying the power to an electric load mounted on the vehicle 10. The first generator 1 is generated by the rotation of an engine 3, and the second generator 2 is generated by the rotation of an axle 8. The second generator 2 supplies the generated power to the electric load 12 requiring the power only during travel among the electric load mounted on the vehicle 10.
