PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved parameter generation device and a computer program for automatically generating a parameter sheet from the system configuration information of a computer system. SOLUTION: This parameter sheet generation device 120 configuring an operating system for managing a computer system 110 includes: a receiving part for receiving system configuration information 112 in which a parameter for operating the operating system is described; an analysis part for analyzing the content of the received system configuration information, and for acquiring the parameter described in the system configuration information 112; and a generation part for generating a parameter sheet 130 by recording the parameter acquired by the analysis part in the parameter sheet 130.
