PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly display a layout by eliminating the need of decision for a printing condition until predetermined processing is executed when generating layout data. SOLUTION: The image processor 10 for generating the layout data in which an image frame is allocated to a template for which the printing condition is set comprises: an operation receiving part 100 for receiving an operation to the layout; a layout data generation part 110 for generating the layout data by executing processing based on the operation; a printing condition decision part 120 for deciding whether or not the layout data generated by the layout data generation part satisfy the printing condition; and a display data generation part 130 for generating display data for displaying the layout based on the layout data generated by the layout data generation part on a screen. The printing condition decision part decides whether or not the layout data generated by the layout data generation part on the basis of the processing until then satisfy the printing condition on condition that predetermined processing is executed in the layout data generation part on the basis of the operation received by the operation receiving part.
