PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material having improved raw stock preservability and image preservability. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material has an image forming layer containing at least a photosensitive silver halide, a first non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder on at least one surface of a support and a non-photosensitive layer containing a second non-photosensitive organic silver salt on a surface of the image forming layer opposite to the support, wherein≥50 mass% of a binder in the non-photosensitive layer is a synthetic polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -30 to 40°C.
