PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fractionation apparatus which is constituted so as to make it possible to perform washing for preventing contamination in a short time while reutilized partially and efficiently separates (fractionates) a raw liquid containing a bio-component, and a cartridge used therein. SOLUTION: The fractionation apparatus for subjecting a solute in the raw liquid containing the bio-component or a part to membrane separation is equipped with a cartridge provided with a separation membrane, a raw liquid flow channel for supplying the raw liquid to the cartridge and a filtrate flow channel for taking a filtrate out of the cartridge. The cartridge is equipped with the connection part of the raw liquid flow channel and the filtrate flow channel and a bypass flow channel bypassing the separation membrane.
