PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjusting device realizing miniaturization/lightening and reduction of torque loss, etc. SOLUTION: A first driven gear 41 is formed on an outer periphery of a gear part 24b of a first rotor 24, and a second driven gear 42 is formed on an outer periphery of a gear part 25b of a second rotor 25. A first driving gear 43 to be engaged with the first driven gear 41 and two pieces of internal tooth gears with a second driving gear 44 to be engaged with the second driven gear 42 are formed on an outer periphery of a drive shaft 31. A male screw part 24c is formed on an outer periphery of a shaft part 24a of the first rotor 24 while a female screw part 25c to screw on the male screw part 24c of the first rotor 24 is formed on an inner periphery of a hub part 25a of the second rotor 25, and a feed screw mechanism 36 is constituted of these male screw part 24c and the female screw part 25c.
