PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal copolymer which is excellent in rigidity. SOLUTION: The polyacetal polymer has a specific structure consisting of an aromatic group and oxyalkylene. The polyacetal polymer is a modified polyacetal polymer obtained by polymerizing 0.0001-1 mol of an aromatic alcohol compound (b) with 100 mol of one type (a) selected from formaldehyde, a cyclic ether and a cyclic formal.
