An air cleaner installing structure for a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration and noise by attaching an air cleaner to an engine rather than a body panel. In a structure for fixing upper and lower cases(11,11a) and an air cleaner(10) including a filter installed between the upper and lower cases, an engaging piece(12) is formed on one side of the upper case of the air cleaner. Another engaging piece is formed at the upper end of an engine upper bracket(13). The engaging pieces are press-fitted into a first engaging hole(14a) and a second engaging holes(14b). The first and second engaging holes are formed in a hanger rubber(14). An insulator rubber(15) into which a lower bracket fixed to a lower portion of the engine is press-fitted is provided in the lower case.
