PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver plated conductive particulate having good conductivity, high reliability for connection with an electrode, and protuberances. SOLUTION: As to this conductive particulate having microscopic protuberances on the upermost surface, a nickel plated coat is formed on the surface of a base material particle, and silver plated coat is formed on the surface of the underlayer of the nickel plated coat by electroless plating. Since the silver plated coat is formed on the surface of the nickel plated coat, the nickel plated layer is prevented from being corroded with the passage of time and no increase of electric resistance is caused. Thereby, the conductive particulate has good conductivity because it has the inexpensive silver plated coat having low electric resistance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
