PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usable time determination method of concrete pavement of steel fiber reinforced ultrafast-curing concrete (SFRC) or the like to a steel floor plate. SOLUTION: The usable time determination method of the adhesive has an adhesive coating process for coating a ground imitation steel floor plate with the adhesive 20, a first test body arrangement process for arranging a test body 10(A) on the imitation steel floor plate immediately after the coating process, a second body arrangement process for arranging another test body 10(B) constituted of the same shape and material quality as the test body 10(A) after a predetermined time (t) is elapsed from the coating process, an exfoliation force measurement process for measuring the exfoliation force of the test bodies A and B from the imitation steel floor plate immediately thereafter, a usable time calculation process for calculating the difference between the exfoliation forces of the test bodies A and B with respect to the change of the predetermined time (t) and calculating the predetermined time tmaxat the point of time when the difference exceeds the predetermined time to set the predetermined time tmaxas the usable time of the adhesive.
