PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily execute prediction of tire performance such as tire noise performance. SOLUTION: A space formed between a tire model by a FEM (finite element method) and a road surface is prepared as an acoustic space model and various kinds of conditions are fixed (step 100 to 110), an acoustic characteristic analysis is executed by the finite element method (step 112), and the analysis result is evaluated (step 114 and 116). Thus, the acoustic characteristic is simulated by using the finite element method, as the acoustic analysis. As a result, a noise radiation characteristic that a tread pattern of a tire essentially has can be practically and simply evaluated, and the low noise tire can be easily provided.
