<p>The invention relates to an automatic stacking and loading device (1), comprising: at least one surface (5) for receiving a tray (200) comprising multiple compartments, the base plate (205) of which has windows (206); a stacker (3) for stacking said flat objects (10) on a stacking area (4); and fingers (2) that are movable between a low position, in which said fingers are withdrawn from said receiving surface, and a high position, in which said fingers define a surface for bearing against the flat objects (10) during the stacking thereof, wherein said receiving surface (5) is movable, relative to said movable finger (2), between a first and second position in which said movable finger (2) is, in order, opposite the window of said first compartment (203), then opposite the window of said second compartment (204).
