PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chisel dismountably mounted on a breaker apparatus so as to be utilized for crushing work, which chisel does not make a noise having unpleasant tone qualities. SOLUTION: Weight members 321 to 323 are attached to specified positions of the chisel. Because the weight members 321 to 323 are attached to the positions where the amplitudes of the resonance frequencies of the specified vibration modes within the specified frequency bands from 2,000 Hz to 8,000 Hz become minimum, the generated noise has the tone qualities pleasant for human beings.
