A hollow fiber membrane, a composition for the hollow fiber membrane, and a method for preparing the hollow fiber membrane are provided to form pores of uniform size in the hollow fiber membrane with high dispersibility, by using alcohol-based dendrimer as a pore forming agent. A composition for a hollow fiber membrane comprises polyvinylidene difluoride of 10-50 wt%, alcohol-based dendrimer of 0.05-15 wt%, and an organic solvent of 20-90 wt%. The polyvinylidene difluoride has a molecular weight of 50,000-600,000 daltones. The organic solvent is a mixture of one or two types selected from dimethly formaldehyde, dimethly-acetylaldehyde, N-methyl pyrrolidone, gamma- butyrolactone, dimethyl-sulfoxide, triethyl phosphate, and acetone. |
