<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the ride quality of a vehicle by reducing the hunting of a braking/driving force obtained by braking/driving mechanisms. <P>SOLUTION: This travel support device 10, which is mounted in a vehicle braked and driven by a first and a second braking/driving mechanism to control the braking/driving force obtained from the first and second braking/driving mechanism, includes a total braking/driving force command value computing part 12 for computing a total braking/driving force command value indicating a total braking/driving force that should be obtained as the whole vehicle; a first braking/driving force setting part 13 for setting a first braking/driving force command value indicating the part of the total braking/driving force which is contributed by the first braking/driving mechanism; and a second braking/driving force setting part 14 for setting a difference between the total braking/driving command value and the first braking/driving force command value as a second braking/driving force command value indicating the part of the total braking/driving force which is contributed by the second braking/driving mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
